
Holistic CRO Specialist – UX, UI & Content Strategy

Overview:
We’re looking for a Holistic CRO Specialist with exceptionally high standards in both design and content execution — someone who views conversion optimization not as isolated tests, but as a full-spectrum discipline that connects data, user experience, visual design, and storytelling into seamless, high-performing journeys.
This is not a surface-level CRO role. You’ll be expected to elevate every aspect of the digital experience — from layout and microcopy to structure and user flow — particularly across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce contexts. The right candidate blends analytical thinking with creative direction, ensuring that each page reflects not only best practices, but also intentional design, meaningful content, and brand cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic CRO & Experimentation
- Plan and execute testing strategies that go beyond incremental wins — rooted in deep behavioral insights and full-funnel thinking.
- Identify opportunities for meaningful improvement through user data, heatmaps, and analytics platforms.
- UX & UI Experience Optimization
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to bring to life landing pages and user flows that are both beautiful and high-converting.
- Uphold pixel-perfect execution and ensure frictionless, intuitive interfaces across devices.
- Content-Led Conversion Strategy
- Direct the content hierarchy, messaging, and CTA strategy across pages to match audience intent, voice, and conversion psychology.
- Balance storytelling and clarity with sharp value communication that drives action.
- Best Practices & High Standards Leadership
- Apply and continuously refine UX/CRO best practices tailored to diverse funnel types (e.g., e-commerce PDPs, SaaS signups, lead gen).
- Maintain a high design and content bar — ensuring that nothing goes live unless it’s been reviewed for both form and function.
- Collaboration & Impact
- Partner with growth, marketing, and creative teams to drive measurable improvements across the full user lifecycle.
- Present findings, insights, and new ideas in a clear, strategic way that influences cross-functional decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CRO with a portfolio of full-funnel UX and content-led wins.
- Fluency in analytics and experimentation platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, conversion copywriting, and design systems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; able to lead projects from strategy to execution.
- Proven success optimizing B2B, B2C, and e-commerce flows.
Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on design skills (e.g., Figma) or front-end familiarity.
- Background in copywriting, brand messaging, or content strategy.
- Experience with personalization platforms or behavioral segmentation tools.
