We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, results-focused, and talented content specialist to join our Creative Central Team. Your mission will be to help grow Bricsys’ brand awareness and engagement within the CAD industry by contributing to the development and implementation of our global content strategies.
Reporting to the Central Executive Marketing Manager and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll work on projects that span internal, external, and customer communications. You’ll be responsible for managing our content strategy and creating cut-through content for Bricsys’ news, articles, blogs and newsletters, as well as, seldomly help with our website and collateral content, as well as social media accounts to increase customer engagement, support sales enablement, and drive increased revenue for the BricsCAD family of products.
As one of the Bricsys team’s go-to writers and editors, you’ll ensure consistency and quality across many different content forms, channels, and regions. You will provide copywriting support for long-form content and demand-generation initiatives and translate technical concepts into powerful messages for various target audiences and markets. The candidate will play a crucial role in helping determine the content that resonates with our target audiences throughout the different stages of the purchase journey, from initial awareness and understanding, to purchase and adoption.
The role can be performed fully remotely 'based in the Netherlands' and is offered on a regular employment contract basis (no freelancing.)
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize content assets for a variety of channels and marketplaces to drive awareness of Bricsys while maintaining brand, voice, and style.
- Build and maintain an integrated content calendar that helps attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers, and customers into vocal supporters of Bricsys.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and business leaders to transform insights and important messages into articles, emails, brochures, videos, press releases and other content.
- Supporting (on seldom occasions) across Bricsys’ social media channels to build an active and engaged community of followers.
- Write and distribute stakeholder communications including partner and customer newsletters.
- Own and manage the Blogs, Articles and Newsletters, collaborating with Technical Marketing and Product teams to source, write, and publish the content.
- Provide copywriting support for the marketing team and other internal functions on promotional content, web copy, presentations, internal team updates and more.
- Analyze data to understand and report on content performance while informing the content strategy.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Proven track record (5+ years) of crafting engaging and original English-language content for a B2B technology company, as well as managing delivery across multiple formats, channels, and platforms.
- A digitally savvy communicator, with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce content that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Firm grasp of SEO best practices and how to use data to optimize content and address audience pain points.
- Ability to work fully remotely, with the experience collaborating with diverse geographically spread teams and working in different time zones as needed.
- Highly organized, with excellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently – our team is dynamic, and you’ll wear many hats.
- Proficient at using digital tools such as ClickUp, Figma, SharePoint, Contentful, Sprout Social, Google Analytics and HubSpot to publish, manage and analyze content.
- Proven project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
- Understanding of the CAD software market, customer journey, and the sales process.
- Ability to work with technical concepts, and transform them into customer-friendly, business-oriented messages.
- Experience in the technology/CAD/engineering or architecture industry is a real plus.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Suite, video editing tools, and Social Channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube).
