UI/UX Designer

Breach Secure Now is hiring a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Product team. This role is newly created to support the company's rapid growth. This is a fully remote position based in the US. The UI/UX Designer will report to the Senior Director, Product, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our suite of cybersecurity and compliance solutions. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for building and maintaining a clean and effective user experience for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners and end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and development/engineering teams to understand user needs and business requirements and translate them into exceptional user experiences.
• Design and prototype elegant solutions for web-based and mobile applications that address complex business problems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Work with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the product.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
