UI designer

Job Title: UI designer (US Citizens only) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator).
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with responsive design techniques.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate with developers.
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive UI designs.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (UX researchers, developers, product managers).

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in UI design or related design fields.
• Knowledge of design systems and creating design documentation.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development processes is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
