Job DescriptionJob Summary: Our Global Design & Innovation team is seeking a Designer with food Design experience to drive visual storytelling and creative development from ideation to final execution. This role blends artistry with technical expertise, requiring strong skills in concept sketching, digital design, and high-fidelity asset creation. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge tools like AI-assisted design (Firefly), CAD modeling, and rendering software to develop compelling visual concepts for food innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop food design concepts from early ideation through final artwork, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and innovation goals.
• Create compelling concept sketches, digital illustrations, and mid-to-high fidelity assets for presentations and prototyping.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) for design development and refinement.
• Integrate AI-driven design tools such as Adobe Firefly to enhance creative workflows.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations using CAD software and KeyShot for realistic product renderings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Packaging, to bring food design concepts to life.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging materials, and food presentation techniques.
• Maintain a strong balance between creativity and technical feasibility, ensuring designs are both innovative and manufacturable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Food Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and AI-driven tools like Firefly.
• Experience with CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and rendering software (KeyShot).
• Strong sketching and digital illustration skills to convey early-stage concepts effectively.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling assets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Passion for food innovation and an understanding of consumer trends in the industry.
