About This Role
We are seeking a Creative Content Specialist to assist in the development and execution of marketing content across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the marketing manager, this role will support content creation, graphic design, brand management, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional who can bring ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities_Content Creation & Graphic Design_
- Assist in designing visually appealing graphics for social media, brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Support the development and updates of marketing materials, including flyers, reports, and event collateral.
Social Media & Digital Content Management
- Help create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) under the direction of the marketing manager.
- Monitor engagement and track performance using analytics tools, compiling reports and insights.
- Assist in writing social media posts, newsletter content, and website updates.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- Assist in optimizing website content for SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings (resources and training will be provided if needed).
Website & Internal Communications Support
- Assist with basic website updates, ensuring brand consistency and fresh content.
- Support the creation and distribution of the company’s internal newsletter.
Brand & Asset Management
- Maintain and organize brand assets, ensuring easy access and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for digital content.
- Ability to interpret analytics and assist in content performance tracking.
- Copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or iMovie).
