Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Design Animator to transform AutoCAD landscape designs into hyper-realistic 3D models and animated video walkthroughs. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000. Applicants will only be considered if located within the USA, and include a link to your portfolio with animated 3D design work of realistic environments.Key Responsibilities

• Convert 2D AutoCAD landscape designs into immersive 3D environments.
• Develop photorealistic models and materials using Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, and similar software.
• Create and refine realistic surface textures, lighting, and environmental elements.
• Produce high-quality video walkthroughs showcasing proposed backyard designs.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure project accuracy and visual excellence.
• Implement revisions efficiently based on feedback.
• Ability to constantly grow in your self-taught ability to create hyper-realistic environments.
• Candidates must be able to work independently, take direction from supervisors, and work well in a team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation for architectural or similar projects.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, and related 3D visualization software.
• Strong understanding of texture creation, lighting, and environmental realism.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into compelling 3D visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and artistic sensibility.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members.
• A degree in 3D Design or similar is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement To be considered for this role, applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant 3D animation design projects, including hyper-realistic renderings, material creation, and 3D architectural animation.
