About The Role We’re looking for two Senior Product Designers to join our UK team and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with our Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centred designs that enhance customer experiences and drive business success.

• Location: UK (Remote, with occasional travel to London)

Key Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end design flows from research to high-fidelity UI design.
• Apply user-centred design (UCD) principles to craft intuitive, engaging experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Champion UX best practices and accessibility standards across our products.
• Work closely with the Design Lead to drive innovation and improve design processes.
• Mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across multiple products.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer in digital product design.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX research, interaction design, and UI expertise.
• Ability to translate user insights into practical and visually compelling design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and high design standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience

• Background in finance, fintech, or investment platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools for presenting complex information intuitively.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
