Design Concept

The project consists of two distinct volumes:

  1. Metal Volume: Clad in eastern township tiles, this structure rises over three levels and houses the interior spaces, including a rooftop terrace equipped with a spa. Its design adapts to the natural slope of the site, forming a parallelogram shape that offers protection from the wind and provides privacy for the spa.
  1. Wooden Bleacher: Emerging from the ground, this large structure is covered in open-jointed cedar slats, extending southeastward like an observatory. It provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and serves multiple functions, including access to the metal volume and shaded gathering spaces.
