Product Designer (Poland/Remote)

• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, creating user personas and scenarios.
• Design intuitive, aesthetically refined, and highly functional UX/UI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring designs from concept to reality.
• Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.
• Leverage data-driven insights to make informed design decisions and solve challenges creatively.
• Stay ahead of the curve by following the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with Protopie or a related tool.
• Strong understanding of technology, including the capabilities and limitations of web and mobile platforms.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience in fintech or banking - will be a plus.
