Overview: We're looking for skilled Senior Fullstack Developers to design and maintain the software applications. You'll focus on creating fast, responsive, and user-friendly experiences while collaborating with other developers, contributing to both front and back-end development, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities: Build and Optimise:

  • Develop user interfaces with React, ensuring high performance and ease of use.
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and services using C# and VB.Net, focusing on performance, scalability, and security Design and optimize database systems, working extensively with PostgreSQL and MS-SQL, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Test and improve the performance of front-end code using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.

Collaboration and Design:

  • Convert UI/UX designs into functioning, attractive user interfaces, in close collaboration with the design team.
  • Use Figma to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.

Mentoring and Code Quality:

  • Participate in code reviews, offering feedback to maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Mentor junior developers, supporting their growth and improvement.

Optimisation and Innovation:

  • Focus on state management and optimize workflows to enhance app performance.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends, helping the team stay ahead of the curve.

Skills & Experience:

  • React: 6+ years of experience.
  • C#/.net: Minimum 6 years
  • AngularJS: Bonus.
  • SQL: At least 3 years.
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript​: Proficient in these core technologies
  • .State Management: Experience with techniques for managing application state
  • .React Hooks: Familiar with hooks, especially for testing
  • .Design Tools: Experience working with Figma for design collaboration
  • .Design Systems: Knowledge of libraries like Material.io or NextUI
  • .Testing: Proficient in testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine
  • .Optimisation: Strong understanding of how to optimize performance
