STRONG Pilates is a unique blend of Pilates-inspired, high-intensity, low-impact workouts. As we expand our growth into the UK and EU markets, we're seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing Communications Specialist to support our growth and community engagement specifically in the UK market.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, organised Marketing Communications Specialist who thrives as an all-rounder. No day will be the same as you will localise and execute the global campaign calendar, manage UK-specific social media channels, engage directly with franchise partners, coordinate community-building events, and handle general administrative marketing duties to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency across the UK market. Working remotely, you will be part of a small but highly collaborative global marketing team (AU and US based), requiring flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones. Clear and effective communication capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Localisation & Execution:

  • Adapt global marketing campaigns and creative to resonate with UK audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with global marketing guidelines while applying local market relevance to campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for STRONG Pilates UK's social platforms  (Instagram, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with global social teams to leverage and amplify content opportunities.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with community interactions to build strong brand presence.
  • Provide training and guidance to UK Franchise partners in Social engagement

Franchise Partner Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for UK franchisees regarding marketing activities and campaign execution.
  • Provide clear, timely communication on marketing initiatives, updates, and requirements.

Community & Events:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local community events and activations to drive brand awareness and member engagement.

Authorising Offer for Sponsorship license

Administrative & Support Duties:

  • Provide administrative support, including updating marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and preparing regular performance reports.
  • Understanding of various media channels and their role in lead generation activities.
  • Daily response to the STRONG Marketing Helpdesk for the UK/EU Franchise Partners.
  • Maintain marketing collateral and ensure all assets are accurate, updated, and accessible.
  • Provide consistent reporting on marketing campaigns and social engagement statistics to measure effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM Workflows are tested and working before campaign launches, including adapting communications for local relevance.
  • Assume the role of Authorising officer for Strong’s sponsorship licence.  Maintaining reporting obligations when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media management or related roles. Experience working with franchise businesses is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility to occasionally accommodate meetings across Australian and US time zones is required
  • Passionate about social media, staying ahead of trends, and consistently delivering engaging and creative content.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of brand consistency coupled with the ability to introduce fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience using social media management tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously (remote role).
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, aligned with STRONG Pilates’ brand ethos.
  • Awareness of the UK/EU advertising and marketing privacy laws
