*   Design and implement animations for landing page elements, including icons, transitions, text blocks, and illustrations.
*   Ensure smooth, cohesive, and on-brand motion design that enhances the user experience.
*   Prepare animations optimised for web use (e.g., Lottie, GIFs, or WebGL).
*   Collaborate closely with the web designer and developer to integrate animations seamlessly.
*   Design and drawing designs using Illustrator.
*   Working alongside our designer and engineers to do illustration and or moving animations.

We're looking for a highly skilled DevOps engineer, who is willing to join and/or help a small scrappy startup, who has experienced everything that we are going through, going to face and potential upcoming pitfalls by lending their advice or skills to our project. Our goal is to be a world class company, with working class knowledge and the ability to tackle all problems head-on.

We need a software engineer who can assist us to get our first released product built and shipped to the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

*   Manage and optimize Azure Active Directory (AD) services to ensure smooth and secure access to cloud applications and resources.
*   Administer user lifecycle management, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts, groups, and roles.
*   Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
*   Monitor and troubleshoot Azure AD-related issues and ensure high availability and performance.

*   Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and audit logging.
*   Support the implementation of governance and identity protection policies to minimize risk.

**Essential Technical Requirements**:

*   Hands-on experience as an Azure AD Administrator or in a similar role.

*   Familiarity with Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Domain Services, and hybrid identity environments.
