Position: Shopify Developer

Location: Must be located in Portugal

Salary Range: €1,300 - €1,700, dependent on experience

Type: Full-Time

The Role: As our Shopify developer, you will be helping us transform client ideas into beautiful and functional e-commerce stores. You will be joining a small team as we expand our development capabilities to accommodate a growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Shopify stores with visually compelling interfaces
• Customize and optimize Shopify themes to meet client requirements
• Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices
• Integrate third-party apps and APIs to enhance store functionality
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand standards

Requirements:

• English fluency is required
• 1+ years of experience in Shopify development; additional experience in other web development areas is a plus
• Proficiency in Shopify's Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with theme customization and app integration in the Shopify ecosystem
• Strong understanding of e-commerce functionality and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is essential
• While a formal degree is not mandatory, candidates with relevant certifications or boot camps will be given preference

Work Model: Remote work most of the time with team co-working throughout the year.
