Freelance Art Director/ Designer

Freelance Designer/Art Director - Remote (East Coast)About: We are a small but growing agency building our roster of freelance designers for upcoming opportunities in 2025. We're lucky to work with amazing brands and partners that span big chain restaurants, CPG, automotive, beauty, and more. We're looking for people who are on the forefront of social trends, have a fresh design perspective, can work autonomously, and love their craft. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience, a social-first design mentality (and know-how), and the ability to concept.

What We're Looking For: An East Coast-based freelancer with a unique blend of creative talent and technical skill, specifically someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience in design or art direction, preferably within an advertising agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in designing impactful social media campaigns and content, with a strong portfolio across multiple industries.
• A social-first design mentality, with the capability to conceptualize design ideas that resonate on various social platforms.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Figma.
• A solid foundation in design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Exceptional creativity with an ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh, compelling ideas.
• High organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
