The Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Manager to lead a design team, focusing on high-quality, social-first ads.

Previous experience creating social graphic ads across Meta, TikTok, Snap and Google is essential.

This role will be pivotal in shaping the creative direction for some of the biggest brands in the world, ensuring our designs are innovative, impactful, and drive performance. Your day could include any of the below:

  • Leading the creation of original static, motion, and meme-style ads for top global companies.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of designers to execute creative briefs at a world-class standard.
  • Collaborating with media buyers and other creative teams to conceptualise, execute, and refine design strategies for client campaigns.
  • Overseeing the design and optimisation of landing pages to complement ad campaigns.
  • Storyboarding and ideating innovative concepts that meet client objectives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Driving the evolution of our design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an ad or social agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing, social-first ads.
  • Experience working with and maintaining brand style guides, design systems, and libraries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, fostering growth and creativity.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal collaboration and external client-facing engagements.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in creating impactful static and motion designs, with an emphasis on social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and how to tailor creatives to different audiences and objectives.
  • A passion for everything social, memes, and cutting-edge design trends.
  • Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
