Our mission at me&u is to bring people together by growing local food scenes. me&u is used by 6000+ bars, pubs, and restaurants to create memorable guest experiences and grow their brands. With 200 staff in five countries, and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, me&u is the consolidation of two leading hospitality technology companies: Mr Yum and me&u, who merged in November 2023. About The Role The purpose of this role is to beautifully present key brand and product messaging in both B2B and B2C environments, ensuring the brand is generating new customers and satisfying existing ones. You’ll bring to life the spirit of me&u, evangelising the brand to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring integrity is maintained across all company marketing initiatives, communications, events and activations. In doing so, you’ll be engaging our community and prospects and connecting customers and partners to the brand at every touchpoint. What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the visual identity of the me&u brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead the development of design systems and guidelines that support scalability and brand cohesion.
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets align with brand standards and messaging strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, partnerships, sales, people & culture) to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
• Create high-quality designs that prioritise key messaging for a variety of brand touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, customer spaces
• Design impactful presentations, sales collateral, and promotional materials for internal and external use.
• Execute creative briefs from other functions including Sales, Partnerships, People & Culture.
• Oversee and mentor an offshore designer, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Keep up to date with design trends and incorporate best practices into the me&u brand strategy, including AI tools to better streamline execution.
• Partner with product and UX teams to ensure a seamless integration of branding within the customer experience.
• Support leadership with creative input for pitches, partnerships, recruitment and key business initiatives.
• Maintain organised files and documentation to streamline design workflows and asset accessibility.

About You

• 5+ years experience in design/brand management.
• Confident, passionate and self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Creativity and a LOVE of being hands-on and making things happen.
• Experience in a global, high-growth environment with demonstrated abilities to work cross-functionally.
• A marketing brain with the ability to think beyond
• A natural operator with organisational skills to balance multiple projects concurrently.
• A standout portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital and print mediums.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience in building scalable design systems.
• Adept at leveraging the latest AI tools and affordable off-shore resources to supercharge capacity.
• Strong strategic thinking, translating business goals into impactful design solutions that strategically communicate key messaging.
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about shaping a growing brand in a fast-paced environment.
