KEY POINTS

- We require 4+ years experience in a digital agency, ideally with WP or Drupal projects. Alternatively you ran your own digital agency business.
- We are not looking for someone to simply execute a strategy or a project roadmap, but for someone that builds the initial and ongoing strategy.
- Autonomous and self-driven role, looking for a high energy Digital Project Manager who is passionate building digital strategy plans to deliver results
- A good mix of technical background in web development and SEO together with a healthy passion for digital marketing
- You can live anywhere in the Asia Pacific Region. Regular meetings with European client makes eastern Australia / New Zealand candidate not a good fit for this role.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Weâre looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to help us deliver client success and free up the CEO to focus on business development.
You are autonomous and self-driven.
You must thrive in working independently, setting your own goals and objectives and taking charge and making decisions. Your ultimate outcome is to deliver profitable and successful solutions to our clients, leveraging your previous strategic experience and the amazing technical team you'll be working with.
The role is a mid to senior level position specialising in the delivery of complex custom websites and digital strategy consulting.
Client Relationships
Present strategy and planning, field incoming requests and nurture relationships.
Project Management
You will be a natural-born organiser; you ensure projects are on track and delivered to high standards.
Digital Strategy
You will use your solid understanding of the industry and channels and work with the client to develop a strategy (across both digital and non-digital channels) to meet their business goals.
While we mainly specialise in custom UX design and web development, we are keen on expanding more and more in the Digital Marketing space. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the CEO to help shape the new business department.
Youâll report to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
---------
- Run research & discovery sessions, identify gaps and plan pathways to get clientsâ results in a commercially viable way
- Nurture and expand the relationship with all existing clients and onboard new clients
- Manage complex web build projects and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
- Advocate accessible web solutions (training will be given on Web Accessibility)
- Keep up to date and maintain a broad understanding of current web and digital trends
EXPERIENCE
-------
We require applicants to have at least 3+ years of experience in Digital project management and/or digital marketing, ideally in an agency, where you had to juggle multiple projects and multiple clients at once.
To be successful in this role, youâll have exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and relationships quickly. Youâll thrive on spending time with clients, discussing objectives and strategy, reporting results, and presenting to prospective or new clients.
You should have proven experience running discovery sessions with clients, where your excellent strategic thinking skills will help craft the perfect roadmap for their success.
Highly Desirable
- You should understand the technical jargon and data architecture of a complex web build. You know what a content type is, an entity or a taxonomy and how it all connects together
- You should have solid SEO foundations and understanding of SEO best practice
- You should love data and analytics, but more importantly know which data matters, how to extract it and how to cut through all the noise.
- You should have a good eye for design and be able to manage our designer in the creative process of a website.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
