Marketing Coordinator

Lithnet is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Chief Marketing Officer in driving impactful campaigns, brand initiatives, and strategic growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced and innovative start-up environment.

The role will eventuate into assisting with strategies and campaigns, but initially requires support in two key areas: social media and SEM.

Specifically, this role involves managing social media production, development, and scheduling across multiple platforms. You’ll create and curate engaging content, plan and schedule posts, monitor audience engagement, place advertisements on platforms, and optimise social presence to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing website performance using Google analytics tools to measure traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates. This includes managing paid search and SEM campaigns, working to improve ad performance and maximise ROI. 

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in marketing (perhaps someone looking for additional work hours or a side hustle), a passion for creativity, and the organisational skills to manage multiple projects. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and bring ideas to the table will be highly valued. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content coordination will be advantageous. This is a casual role requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week initially with a view to increase those hours for the right candidate.
