They are seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to act as a Subject Matter Expert on their Growth Team, focusing on building scalable web features that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Web Innovation: Architect, build, and optimize critical web experiences in Webflow, focusing on large-scale functionalities and strategic optimizations.

• Drive Growth: Design, launch, and iterate on high-velocity CRO experiments that significantly impact key business metrics.

• Bridge & Elevate: Act as the crucial link between web and engineering, providing technical leadership, QA, and mentorship to junior developers.

• Pioneer with AI: Integrate Engineering's AI tooling and APIs to enhance website functionality, automate workflows, and create dynamic content.

• Ensure Excellence: Implement a robust web architecture, optimize for performance and SEO, and maintain clean, scalable Webflow structures.

• Own & Analyze: Independently scope, execute, and analyze end-to-end web projects, turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 7+ years of full-stack web development experience

• Robust portfolio showcasing advanced, growth-oriented Webflow projects

• Recognized SME in Webflow and full stack development

• Product- and growth-obsessed mindset

• Proven track record of directly influencing user behavior and key business metrics through web initiatives

• Comfortable working across web design, development, and engineering

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow and custom front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Deep understanding of APIs, React, web performance, SEO, and analytics

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers

• Thrive in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment

• Balance speed, quality, and maintainability
