iMedia is a Strategic Digital Agency seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer with a proven track record of creating, executing and enhancing digital experiences for clients across multiple industries. This full-time role puts you in charge of ongoing client success strategies where driving engagement, setting and achieving milestones and optimizing our client’s digital initiatives is key.

As the Senior Digital Designer, you will be working closely with our Creative director and alongside strategist, account managers, project managers, UX architects and developers to understand the business challenges faced by our clients and generating creative solutions that bring user goals and business goals together.

Requirements:

· 8+ years’ experience in digital (web) design.

· Prior experience working in a digital agency a must.

· Coordinate and direct the design of creative solutions from inception through implementation and delivery.

· Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.

· Strong conceptual design and problem-solving skills as it relates to both web and mobile creative solutions.

· Proficient knowledge of Figma, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and a strong comprehension of technology and its impact on creative.

· Ability to listen to and disseminate client needs from both a business and user standpoint.

· Strong understanding of usability principles including UX/UI design

· Ability to manage client expectations and budgets.

· Strong attention to detail while being able to understand the big picture.

· Proven ability to work extremely well with clients and team members in a fast-paced client service oriented environment.

· Ability to collaborate with peers to improve design solutions.

· Ability to be proactive, handle multiple projects simultaneously be deadline oriented and work independently.

· Responsible for the strong adherence of project schedules, status reports, time sheets and development methodologies.

· Desire and interest in staying up to date in the field on new technologies, design trends and methodologies.

· Personal commitment to help your teammates and contribute to a great working culture

· Contribute to; participate with; and inspire those around you.

· Freelance/contractor experience a plus

· Proficiency in wireframe creation a plus

· Must supply examples of work/portfolio to be considered
