The Role:

We're looking for a senior freelance designer, available 4+ hours a day,, to support our design studio team for an initial 4-month period. At the end of this period, we’re open to discussing a possible extension or even a long-term role—if there’s mutual interest.

Who We’re Looking For:

A senior designer who can seamlessly switch between Branding and Visual Design projects and complexdigital projects and design systems.

Multidisciplinarity is key in this role, along with the flexibility to work on:

• From-scratch projects, where we expect high levels of autonomy and productivity.
• Ongoing projects, where you’ll contribute to evolution and refinement.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience working with agencies or design studios.
• A strong track record of playing a key role in projects for mid-to-large companies.
• A killer portfolio that speaks for itself.

Skills We Expect:

• Outstanding communication skills—you should be able to present ideas and projects clearly, both to our internal team and to clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills—you’ll be working closely with teammates, clients, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills—you know how to manage your work efficiently and stay productive.
• Creative brilliance—you’re great at research and concept development.
• Advanced expertise in logo and visual system design, including creating and managing visual identities and brand guidelines.
• A strong eye for motion graphics direction, ensuring a brand’s identity feels complete.
• Editorial design skills that add depth to your creative toolkit.
• UX/UI design expertise, including interactive prototyping.
• Bonus skills: Motion design, 3D modeling, code-based design, or any other skills that make your profile more versatile.
