Role Overview:

As the AI-Powered Design Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing our creative processes through AI integration. You will combine your expertise in graphic design or video editing with a strong understanding of AI tools to enhance efficiency, elevate creativity, and develop cutting-edge content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of AI tools for graphic design and video editing.
• Design visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos, incorporating AI-driven innovations.
• Train and mentor the creative team on using AI tools effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to integrate AI-driven design into campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the creative workflow, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, or related fields.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and AI-driven tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design and innovative use of AI.
• Passion for AI technology and its application in creative industries.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D design, motion graphics, or AR/VR is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) for AI model fine-tuning or tool customization.
• Familiarity with trends in AI ethics and responsible usage in creative work.
