hackajob is collaborating with Trustpilot to connect them with exceptional tech professionals for this role. We are growing our engineering teams at Trustpilot and are looking to welcome onboard a mid-level Fullstack Software Engineer within our Growth Adoption team! You will join a cross-functional team with full ownership of our products and codebase, where you will take part in every step of the development process, from ideation to maintenance. A place where you can grow as an individual, while also having an influence (or even lead) the direction of projects and technological choices. The Growth Adoption Team The Growth Adoption team is part of the Growth portfolio, which consists of three teams: Acquisition, Adoption, and Monetization. The mission of the Growth Adoption team is to make users fall in love with our Trustpilot B2B app by showing customers the value of Trustpilot and empowering them to use our platform efficiently and with ease. We make data-driven decisions and love experimenting to test our hypotheses. This team is for you if you're an engineer with a drive to delight your users! What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will lead mid-sized projects that will align with the mission and OKRs of your team
  • Work in a cross-functional “full ownership” team alongside Product, Design, and Data Science where you will take part in every step of the process of building, from ideation and design to architecture, code, deployment, and maintenance
  • Collaboration: Take part in decision-making and design discussions during the development
  • Help plan, implement, and release new features
  • Propose ideas clearly and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
  • Troubleshoot existing software

  • Data-driven mindset: Analyze, gather, and aggregate data to support decisions, both technical and non-technical

Who You Are

  • Experience in full-stack web development (extra point if also in a cross-functional team)
  • Cloud experience is essential
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and distributed cloud services
  • Experience with component-based front-end development (ideally React, but we know you can learn quickly)
  • A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset with a bias to action
  • You are a lifelong learner. You promote a culture of continuous feedback and learning
  • Ambitious and passionate about your work. You constantly look to raise the bar for yourself and those around you in everything you do
  • You believe that diversity in teams makes a difference
