Creative Strategist

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team at Growthub Agency!

In this role, you will be in charge of managing the production process of the ad creatives we develop for some of our e-commerce brands' clients, with budgets between $50k/mo and $500k/mo.

As a creative strategist at Growthub Agency, you will understand the client's brand and their customers deeply. Using this data, you will pick concepts and likely create the scripts yourself, transforming these ideas into performance-driven creatives that convert. You will work hand in hand with sourcing creators and coordinating with editors to bring the concepts you ideate to life.

Experience: Ideally, you have some knowledge in creating ads from scratch and a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and effective ad creatives. 

Pay: Base + performance incentives based on Revenue and ROAS (lots of room for upward growth)

Location: We have an office in Buenos Aires, but you can work anywhere in the world remotely.
