  • Enhance product features and site experiences to effectively engage high-net-worth individuals, ensuring that every aspect of their journey—from discovery to acquisition—is exceptional.
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion metrics, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform an improved product roadmap. Share actionable insights with relevant stakeholders to guide strategic enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, software development, sales, and marketing, to deliver world-class product solutions. Encourage alignment and foster collaboration through data-driven storytelling and insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to manage the complete buyer experience and drive lead conversion through effective SEO and growth strategies in luxury markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in elevating product offerings to meet the demanding standards of affluent clientele, impacting conversion rates focused on high-quality leads.
  • In-depth knowledge of conversion optimization and engagement strategies specifically tailored for a luxury audience.
  • Capacity to thrive in a rapid-growth, dynamic startup environment with a relentless focus on enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications
