Senior Product Manager - Remote We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of intricate payment challenges into effective API and SaaS solutions that significantly benefit merchants and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from development to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Formulate and sustain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives and keeps all stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain an organized backlog of actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and alignment with sprint goals.
  • Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to clarify expectations for engineering and design teams.
  • Define and evaluate key performance metrics, providing insights and regular updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and user-friendly APIs.
  • Partner with marketing to devise product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that encourage adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and market shifts to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and deliver insights to guide strategic product decisions.

Required Skills

  • Strong grasp of API technologies and SaaS frameworks.
  • Technical knowledge of REST, GraphQL, JSON, and SOAP.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in system architecture and assessing technical trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling the translation of technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, including PRD writing and backlog management.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related domain.
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and managing developer portals and API products is essential.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (PCI, CCPA) is advantageous.
  • Experience in the payments industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation Overview The salary range for this position is \(150,000 - \)180,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package as outlined in our Total Rewards Plan.
