About The Role We"re searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us continually improve our Clinic Management Software. Our platform is currently used by 40% of all Cosmetic Nurses in Australia, ensuring patient safety, compliance and great customer experiences. Our Product team isn"t just managing features; we're driving innovation in end-to-end clinic management, and building solutions that deliver real value to clinic owners across Australia and the USA. You'll be at the heart of our product journey, from shaping the product vision to executing on delivery. You"ll collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Software Engineers and other key teams to bring ideas to life for our customers whilst building and developing our Product culture at Fresh. What You'll Be DoingCraft the Vision

• Imagine and articulate a bold product vision that inspires teams and excites customers.
• Use data, insights, and market trends to pinpoint high-impact opportunities.
• Keep an eye on the future, spotting emerging trends and technologies that enable us to stay ahead of the curve in clinic management and patient care.

Bring Ideas to Life

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to transform ideas into action.
• Own the product backlog, ensuring every initiative drives value.
• Lead the charge on product launches, delivering high-quality features that customers love.
• Build scalable systems and processes that set us up for long-term success.

Partner for Success

• Be the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, aligning everyone on what's next.
• Present roadmaps and updates with clarity to stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate complex technical ideas into straightforward, actionable plans.

Obsess Over the Customer

• Advocate for our users by turning their feedback into better experiences.
• Track performance and satisfaction metrics to identify what's working—and what's not.
• Constantly iterate to improve engagement, retention, and delight.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• 5–8+ years experience in a product- centric environment
• A track record of success: You've launched great products in high-growth environments
• Measure and optimise: You're well accustomed with product analytics, and baking in defined product metrics to drive success
• Technical know-how: You get APIs, cloud platforms, and data models—and you can simplify the complex for everyone else
• Agile expertise: You know how to run with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strategic brilliance: You see the big picture but never lose sight of the details
• Leadership chops: You inspire and guide teams with empathy, curiosity, and a focus on results
• Customer obsession: You're passionate about creating user experiences people love
