Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling brand identities for new and existing toy lines.
• Design creative and market-appealing packaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with product designers and marketing teams to align branding and packaging with product goals.
• Create mood boards, brand guidelines, and design systems for toy brands.
• Work on packaging structure, layouts, and specifications for manufacturing.
• Research market trends and competitor packaging to innovate and stay ahead in the market.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety standards for toys.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in branding and packaging design, ideally in the toys industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand creation and packaging projects.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing requirements.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in global toy markets is a plus.
