Job Description:

We are a digital product agency focused on WordPress development and we're looking for an experienced and skilled WordPress developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of client websites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and create technical solutions
• Ensure websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible and optimized for SEO
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Continuously monitor and improve website performance
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for the development team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress developer
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading and mentoring other developers
