Our client in the CPG laundry industry is hiring a Sr. Creative Strategist!About the role:

We’re seeking a creative, purpose-driven Creative Strategist to join our client's marketing team. In this role, you’ll shape and execute performance-oriented creative strategies across digital marketing channels. We need someone who’s not only an expert in paid digital advertising but also brimming with innovative ideas that elevate our brand while driving performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pitch creative concepts that align with our brand voice and resonate across various marketing channels.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to cultivate innovative ideas and encourage team collaboration.
  • Craft detailed briefs for design and content teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to refine creative strategies and maximize effectiveness.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels while prioritizing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and acquisition teams to align creative initiatives with product launches and marketing goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, preferably in eCommerce
  • Proven experience in managing creative projects from conception to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for startups and innovation.
