AI & Content Managing Editor

DesignRush is seeking an AI & Content Managing Editor to lead internal content development, editorial handbooks, and AI-driven content and process optimization. This role requires at least 3 years of experience managing content projects, brand communications, and integrating AI tools for content efficiency. Candidates with experience in programming and copywriting are preferred.

• Able to work during EST/EDT hours
• Near-native English communication skills
• 3+ years of leadership experience in content creation and editorial project management
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation, automation, and workflow optimization
• At least 2 years of programming experience with Python, APIs, LLMs, Agents & RAG
• Copywriting experience is a PLUS
• Deep knowledge of SEO content and editorial best practices
• Proven track record of managing large-scale content projects among cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high editorial and brand standards

Responsibilities:AI-Driven Content and Process Optimization

• Research, develop, and implement AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, and workflow automation.
• Train and support internal teams, and continuously assess AI tool effectiveness and lead process improvements to enhance content operations.

Editorial & Reputation Management

• Review press releases, newsletters, social media, and other key brand communications.
• Establish and maintain a Messaging Playbook to ensure brand consistency in all external communications.

Website Content Development and Optimization

• Oversee website content creation, optimization, and updates to ensure accuracy, engagement, and SEO compliance.
• Work with design, development, and marketing teams to align web content with company objectives.

Content Guidelines

• Develop and maintain editorial guidelines to ensure consistency across all DesignRush content.
• Provide training to content teams on best practices for AI-driven content creation and editorial excellence.
