About Us:

CWTCH is a vertically-integrated launchpad for CPG brands. We turn concepts into market leaders, handling every step from product design, to manufacturing, to viral marketing. We're now looking for an Experienced Static Creative to help extend our reach by supporting digital content production.

  • Develop visually appealing and on-brand static ad creatives optimized for e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
  • Design layouts that highlight product benefits, key selling points, and calls-to-action effectively.
  • Ensure all creatives adhere to platform-specific guidelines, especially regarding health & wellness products, and technical specifications.

Trend Research & Application:

  • Conduct regular research on current design trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to ensure ads remain fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align designs with seasonal trends, promotions, and campaigns.

Optimization & Performance Analysis:

  • Work with the marketing team to A/B test ad creatives, analyzing performance data to refine designs for better click-through rates (CTR) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Maintain organized files and templates for cross-team accessibility.

Skills and Qualifications:Required Experience:

  • Experience creating wireframe landing pages (e.g. Figma designs) for CPG products.
  • Experience creating digital ads for CPG products.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing for e-commerce brands or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing.
  • Knowledge of target audience personas and behavior.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools or plugins.
  • Proficiency in 3D design and motion graphics is highly desirable but not necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma.
  • Understanding of digital advertising requirements, including image sizes, resolutions, and platform-specific guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles to enhance ad engagement.

Creative Skills:

  • Strong eye for color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics that appeal to different target audiences.
  • Ability to understand the character of each brand and reflect that character through design.

Analytical Skills:

  • Able to search for ads to inspire original designs.
  • Understanding of A/B testing principles for creative optimization.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
