What You Will Be Doing

• Analyzing student reading and writing data with AI to create innovative strategies that transform English language instruction and literary analysis.
• Developing AI-driven tools tailored to individual learning preferences, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary engaging, and literary analysis accessible for all students.
• Creating dynamic learning pathways that adapt in real-time, enabling students to transition from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring optimal progress for every learner.
• Working alongside educators, linguists, and AI experts to push the boundaries of language education, impacting thousands of students' learning journeys.
• Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that educate and inspire a love for reading and writing.

• Engaging in traditional curriculum management or administrative duties—this role is about pioneering and enhancing language arts education within our accelerated model.
• Working in isolation—you’ll be part of a vibrant team advancing the use of AI in English education.
• Focusing purely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a tangible impact on students' language skills within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to substantially improve student outcomes in English and Language Arts through AI-enhanced analysis and execution, achieving a twofold increase in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
