Did u try our startup Convose already? U can come talk with me there to try it out and i can show u how it works.

Before we jump into a call, plz answer these four questions:

1. ⏰ WORK TIME:

We need someone who can work full-time (40hrs/week). Remote. All (or almost all) hours should be done Mon-Fri, between 8am-6pm India time (to work at similar time with our team). Is it ok?

2. 🧑‍💻EXPERIENCE:

Ideally we're looking for someone who has at least some years experience. How much experience do you have with Javascript & React native?

3. 💰PAY:

Pay is 0.5%-1% equity ownership of Convose (per month). That's a HUGE amount of our company! As well as $350-$400 cash (per month). These terms are pretty much non-negotiable as it's the max for everyone in our team. Cash payment will increase once we get a more significant investment. 1% equity is currently worth about US$13k. I've sold about US$90k of Convose equity over the last years proving this. Later you will be able to sell your equity to investors &/or share in Convose's profits. Are you interested to own the company you're working on and be a cofounder with us? Are u able to live with this amount of cash/month until we can do a successful launch and get to a bigger investment?

4.💡CONVOSE'S GOAL:

What is your understanding of our goal? I.e., The problem/pain we're solving for the user & how Convose is different to every other app? U could answer this with a use-case example. Also, if relevant, I'd love to hear about your own experience with other new-people finding apps (e.g., Linkedin, hellotalk, okcupid, etc) and any pain-points u found with them.
