AI Product Designer

Summary:

• One of CEI’s top clients in media and entertainment is seeking an AI Product Designer to assist with designing browser-based AI products, conversational tools, and data-driven dashboards for employee use.

Job at a glance:

• Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
• $38-$40/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
• 100% Remote position working EST

Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly AI products while ensuring compliance to our design system, best practices, and Accessibility standards.
• Provide competitive UX research to define best practices.
• Produce documentation, including site maps, user personas & flows, etc.
• Use Figma for design and prototyping.
• Eloquently present research and designs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with UX Lead to develop reusable design system patterns and templates to ensure consistency across products.
• Actively participate in team critique, giving and receiving feedback to ensure quality control.

Required Skills:

• Desktop AI/chatbot design experience
• A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (A link will be required for submission)
• Previous enterprise design experience expected
• Expertise in Figma, FigJam, working knowledge of Accessibility guidelines
