About CaseBlink

CaseBlink is an AI-powered platform that streamlines immigration case preparation. We’re building an AI-native case preparation solution that’s already trusted by leading law firms across the U.S. Our founding team consists of scientists, engineers, attorneys, and repeat founders from top US institutions with experience from places like Harvard, Google, Nextdoor and other industry-leading organizations.

At CaseBlink, we're redefining the future of law in an era of rapidly advancing AI.

Responsibilities

  • Create user-centered designs using Figma, from wireframes and flows to high-fidelity mocks and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to define user stories, specs, flows, and design concepts.
  • Participate in UX research, gathering user feedback to guide iterative design improvements.
  • Contribute to product strategy to shape the overall user experience.
  • Manage multiple design tasks independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, etc.).
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products (legal tech, fintech, HR tech, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to express design rationale clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Startup mentality: Resourceful, independent, and action-oriented. Willingness to wear multiple hats.
  • Willingness to participate in regular meetings both internally and with customers to understand user needs.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven tools
  • Familiarity with legal tech, or workflow-heavy software products
  • Comfort with user testing, usability studies, and/or qualitative research
