We are seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join our growing team.What you'll be doing:

• Help develop work plans, gather relevant data, assist in analysis, and support the creation of recommendations for process improvements
• Track and report on key operational and performance metrics for the practice group, assisting in matter and work product analysis to support decision-making
• Aid in setting and tracking team goals and provide support for managing project timelines and deliverables
• Work with IT and senior team members to support the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions, assisting in system design, rollout, and user training
• Review contracts to assist in identifying and ensuring compliance with key terms and conditions
• Provide general administrative support, such as organizing, naming, and filing documents to help streamline workflow
• Support day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and assisting with any administrative needs

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and good business acumen
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and achieve success with minimal supervision
• Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to be clear and concise
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Prior experience working with in house legal or in the tech space a plus
• Experience administering contract lifecycle management, esignature, and/or similar systems a plus
