Job Title: Marketing Manager (Channel Marketing Manager)
Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 30/06/2025 (Potential to extend past FY26 to a full 18-month contract depending on budget & performance)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week
Hard Skills Assessments as part of the process: 2 rounds, 30 minutes each
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct cross-functional teams and agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns across Central Europe.
- Manage localization and adjustments of high-quality marketing materials for the Central European region in close collaboration with Marketing Managers and the Central European Channel Marketing Lead.
- Plan, budget, and execute marketing campaigns for key partners to expand market reach and drive excitement for Xbox products.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies for Central European retail partners, optimizing customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate on major campaigns like Black Friday and Holiday initiatives across Europe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- Track record of successful marketing campaigns, ideally in a retail environment.
- Passion for gaming, pop culture, and Xbox as a brand is a plus.
Skills:
- Professional work approach with a desire to achieve the best possible result.
- Detail-oriented and organized work attitude.
- Graphic design skills (PowerPoint, Photoshop) and an understanding of graphic composition.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and management abilities.
- Flexibility in both working hours and prioritization of tasks.
- Ability to embrace a growth mindset.
- Confidence in presenting ideas, campaigns, and strategies to small and large audiences.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- High proficiency in M365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of the consumer retail landscape is a plus.
- Language skills in Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian are a plus, but not necessary.
