User Experience Designer

Our client, a retail marketing agency, is seeking a UX Designer to support retail marketing initiatives by designing engaging and effective in-store displays and kiosks. This role involves creating user-centered designs that enhance customer experiences and drive sales.

You Will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine retail kiosks, interactive displays, and other customer engagement solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and retail strategies
• Conduct user research and testing to optimize the usability and effectiveness of retail experiences
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• Stay current with UX best practices and emerging technologies to enhance interactive retail experiences

You Have:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on retail environments, kiosks, or in-store experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping
• Experience collaborating with marketing, engineering, and production teams to bring designs to life
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and user-centered principles

Logistics:

• Start Date/Duration: Starting with projects in March or April, 2025
• Hours/Week: Project-Based Overflow as Needed
• Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US)
• Laptop/Software Requirements: Working on your own Laptop & Software
• Salary/Rate: $65-$85/Hour
