UI/UX Designer (AI & Dashboards)

About Us: Ally is a quickly growing startup in the AI sector. We want someone who wants start up experience in a fast-paced environment, who is comfortable working in a lean organization, and wants to be in the AI space.Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Design: Create visually compelling and intuitive dashboard interfaces that enable and empower our customers.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design seamless user experiences for AI-powered features.
• Design Systems: Build, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products and surfaces.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and product managers, to bring designs to life.
• Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on dashboards, data visualization, or AI-powered applications.
• Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Tool Proficiency: Figma, HTML, CSS.....React.js is nice but not required.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an understanding of their impact on design.
• User-Centric Approach: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional designs.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise-level applications.
• Experience with Sales Force Lightning Design System (Web Components).
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in product design.
• Familiarity with data visualization.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
