Job Title: Mid Product Designer (Full-Time)

Location: United Kingdom, Predominantly remote, Occasionally in London.

Industry: Health & Fitness, SaaS

Compensation - £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.

About Us

We are a fast-growing health and fitness startup with two products used by over 25,000 users — And we're just getting started! Our goal is to enable health and fitness coaches to impact more people through innovative digital solutions, and we're looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Product Designer to help us achieve that. You’ll work with the founders to shape the design and product experience as we scale to serve many more users.

Responsibilities

• Work with with senior stakeholders, gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable design improvements.
• Create intuitive and engaging user experiences using Figma.
• Identify opportunities for product optimisations. Take ownership of designs and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and develop the Design Systems.
• Work with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• ⁠Participate in design reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Highly proficient in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI capabilities.
• Robust understanding of product design principles.
• Experience creating, maintaining and using atomic design systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively gather requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and growth.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in knowledge sharing across the team.
• ⁠Experience within SaaS.
• Knowledge of designing mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Understanding of fitness or wellness platforms is a plus.
